SDS London is proud to mark a full year since becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), a milestone that signifies our commitment to the people who make our business what it is. Since transitioning to an employee-owned model on 1st February 2024, SDS London has continued to thrive, reinforcing the values of teamwork, dedication, and shared success.
To celebrate this achievement, we introduced the ‘EOT Employee of the Year 2024’ award. An opportunity for all employees to recognise a fellow colleague who has gone above and beyond over the past 12 months.
