How many of these hinges and intumescent pads do I require for a 850 x 2400 x 55mm Thick 30 minute fire door - we are concerned about weight

When it comes to fire doors they will always need the application of 3 hinges, with two intumescent pads per hinge (6 in total). For this the weight of the door cant exceed 120kg, so please make sure this isn't the case with your door.
