Hello, what is the maximum weight load for this hook? Thank you

Unfortunately these items have not been tested for a maximum weight capacity. The weight they can hold will be dependent on the fixings used and the strength of location they are being fitted to.  They have advised that they should be able to take around 20-30kg.
